The East Sussex Growth Hub Service is delivered by the Economic Development Team at East Sussex County Council. It is an ongoing and consistent service to help local businesses navigate all the support that is available. The business support landscape, whilst complex, collectively aims to boost economic growth, jobs and business sustainability across East Sussex.

The Economic Development team is also responsible for strategic economic planning, economic policy and for the design and delivery of a range of bespoke business support programmes.

Our Economic Development work is focused on creating the right conditions for businesses and communities to thrive. We work closely with partners across the county to support job creation, attract investment and build a more resilient local economy. This includes everything from improving digital and transport infrastructure to supporting business growth, skills development and enterprise in our towns and rural areas.
