What is Ambition to Action?

Ambition to Action is a fully funded support package for established small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) based in East Sussex. It offers structured, one-to-one guidance from experienced business specialists who understand the challenges of scaling up.

Through a blend of practical workshops, diagnostic sessions and personalised action planning, the programme helps you:

• Develop a focused strategy to achieve them
• Access relevant funding, finance, and specialist support
• Connect with local and national partners through the Business Growth Service

You’ll co-create a clear, actionable plan to strengthen performance, explore innovation or scale sustainably. Along the way, you’ll be signposted to other trusted programmes such as Help to Grow: Management, Innovate UK, and sector-specific initiatives that can support your next stage of growth.

All support is fully funded, impartial, and designed around your needs — so you can focus on what matters most: running and growing your business.
