Breakthrough 3.0

Tailored support for women leading change – in their own way

>BREAKTHROUGH 3.0 is the latest phase of a proven programme supporting all women, inclusive of trans and non-binary people, in East Sussex (excluding Brighton and Hove) who are navigating leadership, growth and challenge on their own terms.

Whether you’re running your own business, leading a trading arm of a charity or holding a senior role inside an organisation, this programme is designed to meet you where you are. Especially if you’ve found traditional business support hard to access, hard to relate to or simply not built with your reality in mind.

How it works

Delivered by Always Possible, >BREAKTHROUGH offers a flexible, person-centred experience, giving you space to reflect, grow your confidence and make decisions that feel right for you. Supported by people who get it! So whether you’re looking to connect with a network of peers or ready for a deeper journey of development, the support adapts to you.

Once you’re signed up you’ll be invited to take part in some or all of the following:

  • Diagnostic session: a one-to-one space to explore your goals, challenges and next steps
  • Mentoring: tailored guidance from an experienced specialist
  • Peer learning sessions: themed group discussions shaped by what matters to you
  • Workshops and resources: focused on real-world tools and practical confidence
  • Time to reflect and act: with support that fits around your working life

You can get what you need from just one or two touchpoints, or choose to stay involved for a longer journey. You decide what’s right for you.

All programme activity will complete by March 2026, so the earlier you get involved, the more support you can access.

Why take part?

Because leadership isn’t always straightforward and time to reflect, build confidence and develop your approach shouldn’t be a luxury.

This is time for you – to think, learn and act with intention. You might walk away with sharper priorities, renewed motivation or a new direction altogether.

What you’ll find here is:

  • A supportive, challenging space to think differently
  • Experienced mentors who listen, not lecture
  • A focus on action, not just ideas
  • Conversations that help you move forward, not just keep going

Who can take part

The programme is designed to support women in business. Places are FREE for eligible participants in East Sussex – the support is not available for those businesses based in Brighton and Hove.

>BREAKTHROUGH 3.0 supports all women, inclusive of trans and non-binary people. We particularly welcome women from a wide range of ethnic backgrounds and those in roles that are often overlooked for development – from operations managers to HR leads to project directors.

Already taken part in a previous >BREAKTHROUGH programme? You’re very welcome to join us again, just let us know how things have changed since we last worked together.

Not sure where you stand? Fill in the form and we’ll let you know.
